Her presence in the sessions (even though they were over zoom) was incredible. I would often feel like we were in the room together and I was the only person of importance to her. We would arrive together, with techniques that I am still using now.

She has this brilliant ability to help you unearth what is really going on. We quickly were working on some pretty deep stuff but in a really safe way. Remi is a very intuitive coach. This showed up in a number of ways, through her sensing me, getting sensations herself and even the coaching techniques that she used. One that really resonated with me was about systemic constellations and working with internal polarities. This may not mean much to many people but with Remi guiding me through this and helping me to delve into what was coming to the surface - it was really profound and has helped me remove a barrier that I didn't consciously know was there (but was definitely impacting me!) I am sure there are many more techniques that she has that we haven't even used yet. All of this meant the sessions had lasting impact.
